Shipping policy

Order Processing
β€’ Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
β€’ Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number.

Shipping Times
β€’ Estimated delivery time varies by location and will be calculated during checkout.
Shipping Rates
β€’ Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
β€’ All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email once the order has shipped.
β€’ You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website.
Shipping Address Errors
β€’ It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
β€’ If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, the reshipping cost must be covered by the customer.
β€’ Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays & Issues
β€’ We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
β€’ If your order is marked as β€œDelivered” by UPS but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at evor.shop1@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
β€’ If your order is lost in transit, contact us at evor.shop1@gmail.com so we can assist with a UPS claim.
β€’ If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for evaluation.
