Order Tracking
β’ All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email once the order has shipped.
β’ You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website.
Shipping Address Errors
β’ It is the customerβs responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
β’ If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, the reshipping cost must be covered by the customer.
β’ Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays & Issues
β’ We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
β’ If your order is marked as βDeliveredβ by UPS but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at evor.shop1@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
β’ If your order is lost in transit, contact us at evor.shop1@gmail.com so we can assist with a UPS claim.
β’ If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for evaluation.
